Over the course of the last semester, you may have used some materials supplied by GCAT (www.bio.davidson.edu/GCAT). We are interested in assessing the effectiveness of these materials from the standpoint of the faculty.  To that end, we have created a brief survey that should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.  Thank you in advance for your participation.

	Before beginning, we must first inform you how the data that you provide will be stored, analyzed, and presented after completion of the GCAT study. The raw data that you provide by filling the forms on this web site will be stored such that it: 1) is secure 2) can only viewed by the assessment administrator 3) remains only for the duration of the study Individual data provided by students will be summed and analyzed as a whole. Student names will not be linked to the data. After completion of the study, compilation and analysis of group data will be used in presentations and publications.
